1974 Peterbilt 359 Short Hood

Freightliner 40k air ride. Detroit 12v71 from a terex, no jakes, 13spd, no radiator.  PROJECT truck. It runs and will move but needs a ton of work to make it drivable. Ohio title in my name. The truck is from Kansas with no rust. Looking for 1988-newer International 9700-9800 cabover. What's wrong with it? It's an unfinished project. Welding, wiring, air lines, etc.
